Who does it protect?

Premises Liability covers your liability to other people and their property whilst they are visiting your premises. This could be whether you own some or all of the property or as the leaseholder. 

Premises liability cover is designed to protect the insured from third party bodily injury and property damage whilst at that insured location. For example, if a customer comes to your factory and they fall over an item that was left on the floor – that customer could sue you for the injury they sustained.

Who can use it?

• Everyone

It is important to read and ask a specialist if this cover includes aircraft, aircraft parts or general aviation work. General liability policies often don’t cover aviation-related exposures, and certainly don’t include grounding coverage.

Often included in PPH alongside Products and Hangar Keepers.
